Spoonbending

By Sue Greenwald

Around 2013, I first hosted Dr. Gene Ang at my yoga studio for a series of classes.   He focuses on Arcturian Healing, which are very high vibrational energy healing techniques. The first night was a  “Spoonbending” session.  This class was supposed to help us understand energy, how it works, and show us that we can do things that most people think we can’t do.   We were given several brand new, thick spoons and forks to practice on. These weren’t the thin kind of silverware you’d see at a cheap diner!

Normally, I wouldn’t even consider trying to bend a spoon or fork, but I gently tested the ones that we were given.  They were pretty solid, so the average person probably wouldn’t easily be able to bend them without extreme effort.

Through the class, Gene explained about 6-8 different techniques that we could use to bend these fairly hefty utensils.  He’d talk about each technique and explain how to do it, and then we’d each try to bend our spoon or fork.  We’d listen to the instructions, rest or consider them, bring in a white light or energy to the area that we wanted to bend, then try to bend the spoon.

I easily bent all of my spoons and forks using the techniques that were being shown, before he even finished describing what to do.  For some reason, it just seemed natural and easy.  I bent mine both “manually”, in my hands, and remotely putting it across the room.  Many of the others in the room had a little more effort required, and needed several tries and more time.

All in all, everyone that attended experienced using energy, focus and intention to do something they wouldn’t have thought they were capable of earlier. These classes taught us about energy and intention, as well as giving us proof of our capabilities and confidence.  I hosted this class many times, and kept the utensils that I’d bent for years to show people, until I moved out of state and purged almost everything.

These classes were a great foundation to show how to use energy, intention, and how things aren’t what they seem.  Gene teaches the Arcturian Healing Methods, which I also hosted several times.  These are extremely powerful healing techniques, the “older cousin” of Reiki healing techniques, which were also brought to us by the Arcturians.

If you’ve learned energy healing techniques, like Reiki or Pranic healing, you’re familiar with energy, and how to use it to heal.   You can feel it build up, flow through your body, and you can direct it to those that need it.  Of course, this healing can be done remotely as well as in person. These are great foundations to feel the energy and witness it.

Although I’ve studied many of these healing modalities, I don’t practice them, as I now use the “Smarty method”. Smarty’s method is powerful, quick and effective, and you don’t need to do “treatments” that take an hour.  To me, it’s the natural next step in healing and working with energy, and the most powerful method yet.  Years ago, the other techniques that I learned helped me understand energy and frequencies so I had a good foundation.  For me, I always “knew” that energy healing was real and very powerful, even before I learned it.  Energy can be used in so many ways to do things we only imagine about now!
