I’ve always been Intuitive and Empathic, and have learned how to live in our materialistic world.
I’ve had lots of “unusual” experiences throughout my life, especially in the past 20+ years or so, as I’ve been becoming more Conscious. My stories here are my personal experiences, which I’ve had in the physical form, OR during visions, meditation, or even Lucid dreams.
Please read these stories with an open mind. There’s so much in the world that we don’t know about, or we’ve been programmed to automatically disbelieve. Just because we’re taught to disbelieve something doesn’t mean that it’s not real.
My background is in Sales, first in Corporate America, then as a realtor. I operated my own yoga studio for 10 years, teaching yoga, spiritual classes, and facilitating retreats around the world. After that, I was guided to start the Empowered Light Holistic Expo. I love working with people, and love hearing their stories!
Through the Yoga Studio and the Expo, I’ve met a wide variety of Spiritual and Holistic people, attracting lots of fun and unusual experiences. I’ve now been guided to create this website to share them, as many people have their own experiences and keep them to themselves. Hopefully, this will support those that have experienced, and they’ll feel more confident and expansive to new ideas.
Through the Empowered Light Holistic Expo, I met Smarty, aka John Mendez or Sanada Galactic. I’ve been lucky enough to get to know him, and have joined his Jedi groups, where he’s taught us to use energy and frequencies to heal the world. It’s exciting to be part of something so big!
I’ve asked friends to share their stories too, as it’ll add to the variety of experiences you’ll get to read about!
I know that there’s so much out there that we don’t know. I find that each time I’m guided to a new piece of information, it starts to fit into place like the pieces of a puzzle so that the bigger picture comes into focus. Cheers to learning and experiencing!
